The third time I called..again on HOLD.told they couldn’t honor the prices from my original order.
JCPenney, also called JCP or Penneys, was founded by James Cash Penney in 1902 as the Golden Rule Store. I am sure at this rate it will be closing with in the yr. I was very polite, and simply wanted answers about my order.
Penney bought out his 2 partners in 1907 and began calling the stores J. I dont believe I am willing to drive a long distance to shop at one of the stores in the other cities a hr away nor do I think there are many others that will do it either. I was in disbelief that JCPenney thinks this type of unprofessionalism is ok!
Instead, it will be a month or so until it gets resolved.
